摘  要:内涵式发展是高校成人高等教育更好践行其初心使命和破解其当下发展困境的必然选择,是实现自身高质量发展的根本途径。实现内涵式发展,可以从以下途径寻求突破:建立与内涵式发展观相适应的发展理念和教育制度;调整办学结构,实现专业、层次、区域的协调统一;加大教育投入,通过建设质量标准、建设优质教育资源、优化教学方法、规范管理、完善监督体系等来提高成人高等教育质量,重塑办学声誉。The connotative development is an inevitable choice for adult higher education in colleges and universities to better fulfill its original mission and solve its current development dilemma,and is the fundamental way to achieve its own high-quality development.To realize the connotative development,it is necessary to seek breakthroughs from the following ways:establishing the development concept and education system that are compatible with the concept of connotation development;adjusting the school-running structure to realize the coordination and unification of specialty,level and region;increasing the investment in education to improve the quality of adult higher education and reshape the reputation of running a school by building quality standards,building high-quality educational resources,optimizing teaching methods,standardizing management and perfecting the supervision system.
