摘 要:为精确定义铁线莲属不同品种花色表型数量,以江苏农林职业技术学院铁线莲育种基地内120种铁线莲盛花期的萼瓣为研究材料,利用高精度光栅分光测色仪测量L*、a*和b*数值,并进行数据分析。结果表明,通过Q型聚类分析虽可以将供试120种铁线莲品种花色分为浅紫色系、蓝紫色系、红紫色系、白色系、深紫色系、浅红色系和浅绿色系等7类,但不能完全区分相近色系。为使分类更为准确,结合ISCC-NBS色名表示法共获得27个颜色名称,以淡紫、中紫、深紫和深紫粉为多,主要分布于浅紫色系、蓝紫色系、红紫色系、深紫色系和浅红色系中。并通过整理不同色系表型参数分布范围,分析花色表型分布特点,构建的数据库以期为品种鉴定及花色育种提供重要的科学的数据信息。In order to accurately define the quantity of flower color phenotype in different varieties of Clematis L.,with the calyx petals of 120 Clematis L.varieties in full bloom in the Clematis L.application demonstration base of Jiangsu Vocational College of Agriculture and Forestry as the research materials,the L*,a*and b*values were measured with a high-precision grating spectrophotometer,and then the data analysis was carried out.As demonstrated by the results,the 120 varieties of Clematis L.tested could be divided into light purple system,blue-purple system,red-purple system,white system,dark purple system,light red system and light green system through Q-type cluster analysis,but similar color systems could not be completely distinguished.To make the classification more accurate,the ISCC-NBS color name notation was utilized in combination,and a total of 27 color names were obtained.Different Clematis L.varieties were mostly light purple,medium purple,dark purple and dark purple-pink,and the flower colors were mainly distributed in light purple system,blue-purple system,red-purple system,dark purple system and light red system.In addition,this study also analyzed the distribution characteristics of flower color phenotype by sorting out the range of parameter distributions of different color phenotype,the established database is expected to provide scientifically effective data information for variety identification and flower color breeding.
