摘  要:本研究探讨了植物来源的芥子酸与运动联合治疗对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)大鼠的脂质代谢基因转录的影响。本研究使用高脂饮食(HFD)诱导NAFLD大鼠模型,将其分为不同干预组,包括单独应用芥子酸、单独进行运动、芥子酸联合运动干预,以及对照组。研究结果显示,芥子酸联合运动治疗显著减轻了NAFLD大鼠的体重,改善了肝功能,降低了肝脂肪含量。在分子水平上,芥子酸联合运动组中,脂质代谢基因SREBP1c、FAS、ACC-1的mRNA水平显著下调,CPT-1、CYP7A1、FXR的m RNA水平显著上调,从而纠正了肝脏脂质代谢基因转录紊乱。此外,芥子酸联合运动组的抗氧化酶SOD和CAT活性明显增加,氧化损伤指标MDA水平降低,炎症因子TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平明显降低。这一综合效应表明,植物来源的芥子酸联合运动治疗通过多重机制改善NAFLD的病理过程。这一研究结果为开发NAFLD治疗策略提供了有力的支持。This study investigated the impact of combined treatment with plant-derived sinapinic acid and exercise on the transcription of lipid metabolism genes in non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)rats.An NAFLD rat model was induced using a high-fat diet(HFD)and divided into different intervention groups,including single applications of sinapinic acid,exercise,combined sinapinic acid and exercise,and a control group.The results demonstrated that the combined treatment significantly reduced body weight,improved liver function,and decreased hepatic fat content in NAFLD rats.At the molecular level,in the sinapinic acid combined with exercise group,mRNA levels of lipid metabolism genes,including SREBP1c,FAS,and ACC-1,were significantly downregulated,while mRNA levels of CPT-1,CYP7A1,and FXR were significantly upregulated,thereby correcting the transcriptional dysregulation of hepatic lipid metabolism genes.Furthermore,the combined treatment group exhibited significantly increased activities of the antioxidant enzymes SOD and CAT,decreased levels of the oxidative damage marker MDA,and a significant reduction in inflammatory factors TNF-α,IL-1β,and IL-6.This compre-hensive effect indicates that plant-derived sinapinic acid combined with exercise treatment improves the pathological processes of NAFLD through multiple mechanisms.These findings provide strong support for the development of NAFLD treatment strategies.
