下颌阻生第三磨牙微创拔除研究

摘　　要：随着社会经济的发展和医学知识的普及,口腔健康受到更多关注。在口腔外科接诊的患者中,下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除难度较大。由于牙体解剖和生理结构的特殊性,下颌阻生智齿不易清洁,容易引发冠周炎、间隙感染等。传统的拔牙方法创伤大,术后并发症较多,容易引发周边软硬组织损伤及颞下颌关节损伤。研究了微创拔牙技术在下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除中的应用情况,并比较其与传统拔牙方法的异同点,以降低手术操作引起的创伤和并发症,提高手术效率和患者舒适度。With the development of social economy and the popularization of medical knowledge,oral health has received more attention,and it is difficult to extract mandibular impacted third molars among patients treated in oral surgery.Due to the particularity of tooth anatomy and physiological structure,mandibular impacted wisdom teeth are not easy to clean,which can easily cause pericoronitis and interstitial infection.The traditional method of tooth extraction is highly invasive and has many postoperative complications,which can easily cause damage to the surrounding soft and hard tissues and temporomandibular joint.Therefore,this paper is dedicated to studying the application of minimally invasive tooth extraction technique in mandibular impacted third molar extraction and comparing the similarities and diff erences with traditional tooth extraction methods,so as to reduce the trauma and complications caused by surgical operations,and improve surgical efficiency and patient comfort.
