摘　　要：报告1例增生性外毛根鞘瘤。患者女,59岁。头皮红色肿块6年。皮肤科检查:头顶部一淡红色类圆形肿块,表面凹凸不平。皮损组织病理检查:肿瘤由真皮层内多个大小不等鳞状细胞团块构成,周边基底样细胞栅栏状排列,有毛鞘角化现象,缺乏颗粒层,肿瘤团块中央形成囊腔,内含无定型物质及钙化灶。诊断:增生性外毛根鞘瘤。A case of proliferating trichilemmal tumor of the scalp was reported.A 59-year-old female had a red lump on the scalp for 6 years.Dermatologic examination showed a reddish round lump,measuring 3.0 cm×2.0 cm in size,on the top of the head.The lump had a medium texture with a small yellowish scab attached to the surface and was about 0.5 cm above the skin surface.Pathological examination revealed lobules of proliferative squamous epithelium showing trichilemmal keratinization in the dermis.There was a cyst which contained amorphous substance and calcification,in the center of the tumor.A diagnosis of proliferating trichilemmal tumor is made.
