摘 要:目的 了解仁寿县中小学生龋齿患病情况,为下一步龋齿防治工作提供数据支撑。方法 采用整群随机抽样的方法开展现况调查,收集2022年仁寿县5个中小学的学生常见病监测体检资料中的龋齿数据,采用卡方检验分析比较不同性别、学段、年龄的中小学生龋齿患病情况的差异。使用SPSS 27.0软件,检验水准为α=0.05。结果 共调查1 878名中小学生,调查结果显示仁寿县中小学生龋均3.07,患龋率69.06%,填充率6.31%。女生患龋率(73.23%)大于男生(65.07%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=14.639,P<0.001);小学生患龋率(73.65%)大于中学生(62.88%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=24.976,P<0.001);女生填充率(7.64%)大于男生(4.78%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=19.878,P<0.001)。结论仁寿县中小学生处于高龋均、高患龋率、低填充率水平。相关部门应当重视中小学生龋齿防治工作,提高中小学生口腔健康水平。Objective To understand the prevalence of dental caries among primary and secondary school students in Renshou County,and to provide data support for the next step of prevention and treatment of dental caries. Methods Cluster random sampling method was used to carried out a current situation survey. Dental caries data were collected from the physical examination data of students' common disease monitoring in 5 primary and secondary schools in Renshou County in2022. Chi-square test was used to compare the difference of dental caries among the primary and secondary school students of different genders,grades and ages. SPSS 27.0 software was used,and the test level was α =0.05. Results A total of 1 878 primary and secondary school students were investigated. The results showed that the average caries of primary and secondary school students in Renshou County was 3.07,the caries rate was 69.06%,and the filling rate was 6.31%. The caries rate of girls(73.23%) was higher than that of boys(65.07%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=14.639, P<0.001). The caries rate of primary school students(73.65%) was higher than that of secondary school students(62.88%), and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=24.976,P<0.001). The filling rate of girls(7.64%) was higher than that of boys(4.78%),and the difference was statistically significant (χ^(2)=19.878,P<0.001). Conclusions The primary and secondary school students in Renshou County were at the levels of high average caries, high caries rate and low filling rate. Relevant departments should pay attention to the prevention and treatment of dental caries in primary and secondary school students and improve their oral health level.
