摘  要:针对现有伺服系统对快速目标的跟踪性能和稳定性存在的问题,设计了一种能够快速稳定跟踪伺服系统的机械结构。采用模块化独立功能和扩展能力设计伺服系统时,各结构件均留有足够的强度裕度,保证了伺服系统在过载或非正常运行时的结构强度和稳定性。同时,系统结构还设置有锁紧、限位、开关等多种保护措施。仿真结果、产品实测和外场试验表明,该快速稳定跟踪伺服系统可以对目标进行快速、稳定跟踪。In view of the problems existing in the tracking and stability of the existing servo system for fast targets,a mechanical structure of the fast and stable tracking servo system is designed,which adopts the modular independent function and expansion capability design technology.Each structural member is designed with sufficient strength margin to ensure the structural strength and structural stability of the servo system in overload or abnormal operation.At the same time,the system structure is set with locking and limiting various protective measures such as switches,it proposes the product measurements and field experiments based on simulation results,and achieves the stable tracking of airborne targets.
