摘　　要：在消费升级的驱动下,随着“新青年”这类新生活方式超前引领者的崛起,催生出诸多围绕“现象级”的消费浪潮的商业空间。项目地处广东省金融高新区C区内,紧邻城市核心千灯湖板块,是佛山市重点建设的城市中心区:桂城核心区及金融高新区核心区,距离广佛地铁金融高新区站约400米。Driven by consumption upgrading,with the rise of new lifestyle such as"new youth",many commercial Spaces around the"phenomenon"consumption wave have been spawned.The project is located in the C zone of Guangdong Financial High-tech Zone,close to the city core Qiandanghu plate,which is the key urban center of Foshan city:Guicheng core area and financial hightech Zone core area.
