存量时代下的医疗产业园设计研究——以苏州医药产业园四期为例

摘　　要：存量时代下,许多城市大规模的扩张已经接近尾声,而医疗产业园的发展方兴未艾。如何在城市格局中,建设好医疗产业园,是一个值得关注的问题。针对这一问题,各地方政府相继提出了工业上楼的政策就非常适合用来建设医疗产业园。工业上楼就是发挥集中建设高层、多层厂房的优势,同时搭配物流、吊装的设施,将部分产业链和研发功能转移到较高的楼层。除此之外,还有建设园林式的产业园区,以更有活力、更富生机的园区环境来吸引优秀医疗企业进入园区发展。In the era of inventory,many cities are nearing the end of large-scale expansion.The development of medical industrial parks is in the ascendant.How to build a good medical industrial park in the existing urban layout is a problem worth paying attention to.In response to this issue,the industrial upgrading policy proposed by various local governments is very suitable for building medical industrial parks.Industrial upstairs refers to leveraging the advantages of centralized construction of high-rise and multi-story factories,while also supporting logistics and lifting facilities,to transfer some of the industrial chain and research and development functions to higher floors.In addition,there is also the construction of garden style industrial parks to attract more excellent medical enterprises to enter the park for development with a more dynamic and vibrant park environment.
