摘 要:目的:探讨额外椅-立运动对老年科卒中重度偏瘫患者心肺健康的影响。方法:选取老年科71例卒中患者分为观察组36例、对照组35例,两组均常规治疗与训练,观察组额外开展椅-立运动。比较两组干预前后用力肺活量(FVC)、1s用力呼气量(FEV1)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、峰值摄氧量(VO2peak)、峰值分钟通气量(VE peak)、6 min步行试验(6MWT)、屈伸膝关节总功率(TW)、峰力矩(PT)、相对峰力矩(PT/W)。结果:观察组干预后FVC、FEV1、LVEF、VO_(2peak)、VE_(peak)、TW、PT、PT/W、6MWT水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:额外椅-立运动可改善老年科重度偏瘫患者的心肺功能、肌肉力量。Objective:To investigate the effects of extra chair-upright exercise on cardiopulmonary health of stroke patients with severe hemiplegia in geriatric department.Methods:71 patients with stroke in geriatric department were selected and divided into observation group(36 cases)and control group(35 cases).Both groups received routine treatment and training,and observation group received additional chair-upright exercise.Forced vital capacity(FVC),1s forced expiratory volume(FEV1),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),peak oxygen uptake(VO2peak),peak minute ventilation(VE peak),6 were compared between the two groups before and after intervention min walking test(6MWT),total power of flexion and extension knee joint(TW),peak moment(PT)and relative peak moment(PT/W).Results:After intervention,the levels of FVC,FEV1,LVEF,VO2peak,VE peak,TW,PT,PT/W and 6MWT in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The extra chair-stand exercise can improve the cardiopulmonary function and muscle strength in geriatric patients with severe hemiplegia.
