电针阳明经联合康复训练治疗脑卒中中后期躯体功能障碍的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨电针阳明经联合康复训练对脑卒中中后期患者平衡能力及躯体功能障碍的改善作用。方法将60例躯体功能障碍的脑卒中中后期患者,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各30例。两组均接受口服胞磷胆碱钠片加康复训练治疗,观察组在此方案上联合电针阳明经穴治疗。于治疗前、治疗4周、8周后利用握力计、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分和Barthel指数评估患者患手肌力、运动功能和日常生活能力。结果观察组在治疗8周后握力、运动功能和日常生活能力均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电针阳明经联合康复训练可显著改善脑卒中中后期患者的功能性活动及躯体功能障碍。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture Yangming meridian combined with rehabilitation training in the improvement of balance and somatic dysfunction in patients with stroke at the middle and late stages.Methods Sixty patients with somatic dysfunction in the middle and late stages of stroke were included in this trial.They were divided into an observation group and a control group by using random number table method,30 in each group.Both groups received oral cytarabine sodium tablets plus rehabilitation training,and the observation group added electroacupuncture Yangming meridian.Grip strength,Fugl-Meyer motor function score and Barthel index were used to assess the muscle strength,motor function and daily life ability of the affected hand before and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.Results The grip strength,motor function and daily living ability of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group after 8 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions Electroacupuncture Yangming meridian combined with rehabilitation training can significantly improve the functional activities and somatic dysfunction of patients in the middle and late stages of stroke.
