多酚治疗心血管疾病研究的文献计量学可视化分析

摘  要:目的对多酚及多酚类化合物治疗心血管疾病相关文献进行文献计量学可视化分析,揭示该领域近11年的研究方向和现状,探索研究热点及前沿方向,分析核心作者及机构,为科研实验及临床诊疗提供新的线索。方法运用文献计量学方法,以Web of Science Core Collection数据库为数据来源,借助CiteSpace软件,采用分类、聚类、突现等方法对2011-2021年多酚治疗心血管疾病的相关研究的发文时间、研究方向分布、作者、国家和机构合作、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果共纳入3604篇文献,发文量最高的国家是中国(488篇);研究方向主要集中在营养与膳食、食品科学技术;发文量最高的机构是巴塞罗那大学(73篇);引文量最高的作者是Del Rio D;该领域主要研究热点是氧化应激导致慢性疾病的发生机制、多酚和黄酮在慢性疾病中的重要作用;研究前沿是以肠道菌群为靶点探索多酚治疗心血管疾病的新型治疗模式。结论近10年来,氧化应激导致慢性疾病的发病机制、多酚及多酚类化合物和黄酮及黄酮类化合物通过抗氧化作用抑制炎症反应,降低心血管疾病的发生风险是多酚治疗心血管疾病领域的研究热点。多酚治疗心血管疾病在近年内得到一定发展,尤其在以肠道菌群为靶点的治疗方面研究广泛,但其具体机制尚未厘清,需要长期、稳定的研究团队进一步挖掘。Objective To reveal the research direction and current situation of polyphenols and polyphenol compounds in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in the past 11 years based on the visual analysis of bibliometrics,and to explore the research hotspots and frontier directions,analyze the core authors and institutions,and provide new clues for scientific research experiments and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods By using bibliometrics method,taking the Web of Science Core Collection database as the data source,and the CiteSpace software was used to visually analyze the publication time,research direction distribution,author,national and institutional cooperation,and keywords of the related research on polyphenols in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases from 2011 to 2021 through classification,clustering,highlighting and other methods.Results A total of 3604 papers were included in this study.The country with the highest number of papers was China(488 papers).The research directions were mainly focused on nutrition and diet,food science and technology.The institution with the highest number of papers was the University of Barcelona(73 papers).The author with the highest number of citations was Del Rio D.The main research focus in this field was the mechanism of oxidative stress leading to chronic diseases,and the important role of polyphenols and flavonoids in chronic diseases.The frontier of research was to explore a new therapeutic model of polyphenols for cardiovascular diseases by targeting intestinal flora.Conclusion In the past ten years,the research hotspots in the field of polyphenols in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases include the pathogenesis of chronic diseases caused by oxidative stress,polyphenols and polyphenol compounds and flavonoids and flavonoids inhibit the inflammatory response through antioxidant effects and reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases.Polyphenols have been developed in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases in recent years,especially in the treatment of inte
