柏正平运用“杂合以治、微观定靶、审势切入”策略治疗老年肺癌

摘　　要：柏正平教授认为,老年肺癌以正气虚损、脏腑失调为致病关键;以气血瘀滞、络脉瘀阻为主要因素;以癌毒内生、邪毒盘踞为根本原因;痰热毒浊、诸邪相攻是其主要标实;具有起病隐蔽、传变迅速和病机冗杂三个特点。柏正平教授运用“杂合以治、微观定靶、审势切入”的策略治疗老年肺癌,在临床上取得了良好的疗效。并举经典验案1则,以资佐证。Professor BAI Zhengping believes that the key causes of lung cancer in the elderly are deficiency of righteousness and imbalance of viscera;stagnation of Qi and blood and obstruction of collateral are the main factors;endogenous cancer toxins and entrenching of evil toxins are the fundamental causes;phlegm and heat toxins Turbidity and the mutual attack of various evils are its main symptoms;it has three characteristics:hidden onset,rapid transformation and complex pathogenesis.Professor BAI Zhengping uses the strategy of“hybrid treatment,micro-targeting,and situation assessment”to treat lung cancer in the elderly,and has achieved good clinical results.Also cite one classic case to provide evidence.
