掺钕钇铝石榴石激光辅助牙周基础治疗Ⅲ期牙周炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨掺钕钇铝石榴石(Nd:YAG)激光辅助牙周基础治疗Ⅲ期牙周炎的临床疗效。方法选取2020年8月至2021年9月苏州口腔医院牙周科收治的44例Ⅲ期牙周炎患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为对照组与观察组,每组22例。对照组采用龈下刮治和根面平整(SRP)单独治疗,观察组采用SRP联合Nd:YAG治疗,比较两组不同时间出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)和临床附着丧失(CAL)。结果治疗后1、3个月,两组BI、PD、CAL值均低于前一时间点,且观察组BI、PD值均低于对照组,观察组治疗后1个月CAL值低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗后3个月CAL值比较差异无统计学意义。结论Nd:YAG激光辅助牙周基础治疗可降低Ⅲ期牙周炎BI值,改善PD深度,但对CAL的改善无明显优势。Objective To explore the efficacy of neodymium yttrium aluminum garnet(Nd:YAG)laser-assisted non-surgical periodontal primary treatment of stageⅢperiodontits.Methods 44 patients with stageⅢperiodontits admitted to the department of Periodontal in Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from August 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the coin toss method,with 22 cases in each group.The control group was treated with scaling and root planning(SRP),and the observation group was treated with SRP combined with Nd:YAG,the bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),and clinical attachment loss(CAL)at different time were compared between the two groups.Results After 1 and 3 months treatment,BI,PD and CAL values of the two groups were lower than the previous time point,and BI and PD values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and CAL values at 1 month after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in CAL values of the two groups at 3 months after treatment.Conclusion Nd:YAG laser-assisted non-surgical periodontal primary treatment can reduce BI value and improve PD depth of stageⅢperiodontitis,but has no obvious advantage on CAL improvement.
