以晕厥为首发症状的猎人弓综合征儿童1例报告及文献复习

摘　　要：猎人弓综合征(BHS)临床病例罕见,儿童病例更为罕见,多为零散病例报道。BHS系由于椎基底动脉循环缺血或梗塞所引起一类症状性综合征,其临床表现无特异性,极易漏诊、误诊。现将1例以晕厥为首发症状的猎人弓综合征儿童病例报道如下,希望通过分析该患者影像学特点及诊治经过,提高儿科临床医师对该罕见疾病的认识,减少其漏诊率及误诊率。Clinical case of Hunter's bow syndrome(BHS)is rare,and the related pediatric case is even rarer,which is mostly reported in sporadic cases.BHS is a kind of symptomatic syndrome caused by vertebrobasilar artery circulation ischemia or infarction,and the clinical manifestations are nonspecific,which is easy to be missed and misdiagnosed.Here,we report a pediatric case of BHS with syncope as the first onset symptom,hoping to improve the understanding of pediatricians to this rare disease by analyzing the imaging characteristics and process of diagnosis and treatment,and reduce the rate of missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.
