关于我国临床医学专业专硕入学考试的思考

摘　　要：由国家医学考试中心和全国医学教育发展中心联合开展,从2020年起为医学院校普通全日制临床医学本科学生,在完成全部理论学习进入临床实习前,开展临床医学专业水平测试,评价其是否具备执业医师在本阶段必须具有的医学人文素养、医学基本理论知识和临床基本技能。由于水平测试与究生入学考试的《临床医学综合能力(西医)》考试内容重合度较高,并且前者的考试范围和难度要高于后者,建议将两者合二为一,可以节约大量的人力物力,使考研的学生也能更专心于临床毕业实习。The Clinical Medicine Proficiency Test is jointly conducted by the National Medical Examination Center and the National Medical Education Development Center,Since 2020,it has been conducted for regular full-time clinical medicine undergraduate students in medical colleges,Before completing all theoretical studies and entering clinical internships,clinical medicine professional level tests are conducted to evaluate whether they possess the medical humanities literacy,basic medical theoretical knowledge,and basic clinical skills that practicing physicians must possess at this stage.Since the contents between the Level Test and the Graduate Entrance Examination of“Clinical Medicine Comprehensive ability(Western Medicine)”test are highly coincident,and the former test scope and difficulty is higher than the latter,the article suggests combining the two tests into one to save manpower and materials,so that the students can be more focused on clinical graduation practice.
