基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的效果

摘　　要：目的分析基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗慢性牙周炎的临床效果。方法选取2019年6月—2022年11月江苏盛泽医院口腔科收治的85例慢性牙周炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其进行分组,即对照组(42)采取常规基础治疗,观察组(43)在对照组的基础上结合牙周维护治疗,对比两组患者的牙周炎复发率、年均缺牙数、牙周指数及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,观察组的牙周炎复发率、年均缺牙数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的牙周指数无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组牙周指数明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性牙周炎患者使用基础治疗结合牙周维护治疗,可降低患者疾病复发率和年均缺牙数,改善牙周指数,减少不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance in the treatment of chronic periodontitis.Methods A total of 85 patients with chronic periodontitis,including 39 males and 46 females,were admitted to the Stomatology Department of Jiangsu Shengze Hospital from June 2019 to November 2022.The patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,the control group received routine basic treatment in 42 cases,and the observation group combined periodontal maintenance treatment in 43 cases on the basis of the control group.The recurrence rate of periodontitis,annual number of missing teeth,periodontal index and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the recurrence rate of periodontitis and the average annual number of missing teeth in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the periodontal index of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05);After treatment,the periodontal index of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Basic treatment combined with periodontal maintenance can reduce the recurrence rate and the annual number of missing teeth,improve the periodontal index and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with chronic periodontitis.
