腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中保留左结肠动脉对直肠癌预后的临床研究

摘　　要：目的腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中保留左结肠动脉对直肠癌预后的临床研究。方法选取2019年7月—2022年7月本院收治的直肠癌患者91例为研究对象,依照是否对于左结肠动脉的保留情况将其分为观察组与对照组,观察组有46例,对照组有45例,对照组对比患者在接受治疗之后的胃肠功能以及排尿情况,再对比患者术后的并发症发生情况。结果经过治疗后发现,观察组在GIQLI评分以及膀胱功能评分优于对照组,患者术后并发症的概率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论当前腹腔镜直肠癌根治术中保留左结肠动脉对直肠癌治疗中,其更加有利于患者的恢复,在术后发生并发症的概率也有所降低,整体的预后效果比较理想。Objective To study the prognosis of colorectal cancer in patients with left colic artery preserved during laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer.Methods A total of 91 patients with rectal cancer admitted to our department from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to whether the left colic artery was preserved.There were 46 cases in the observation group and 45 cases in the control group.The control group was compared with the gastrointestinal tract of patients after receiving treatment,The function and urination of the patients were compared,and then the postoperative complications were compared.Results After treatment,it was found that the GIQLI score and bladder function score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the probability of postoperative complications was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The preservation of the left colon artery in the current laparoscopic radical resection of rectal cancer is more conducive to the recovery of patients in the treatment of rectal cancer,and the probability of postoperative complications is also reduced,and the overall prognostic effect is satisfactory.
