摘　　要：研究旨在设计和实现一个基于信息化思维的智能化高校人才管理系统,以提升高校人事管理效率和质量。通过融合信息化技术和人力资源管理的方法,构建了一个综合性管理平台。系统的设计利用了大数据技术,对关键人才管理数据进行分析和挖掘,为决策提供了科学依据。在实际应用中,系统有效地解决了高校人才管理中存在的一些问题,并提高了高校人才管理的效率和质量。未来将会进一步完善、优化和升级系统,更好地满足高校人才管理的发展需求。The research aims to design and implement an intelligent talent management system in colleges and universities based on information thinking,so as to improve the efficiency and quality of personnel management in colleges and universities.Through the integration of information technology and human resource management,a comprehensive management platform is constructed.The design of the system uses Big Data technology to analyze and mine key talent management data,providing a scientific basis for decision-making.In practical application,the system effectively solves some problems existing in talent management in colleges and universities,and improves the efficiency and quality of talent management in colleges and universities.The system will be further improved,optimized and upgraded in the future to better meet the development needs of talent management in colleges and universities.
