摘　　要：目的探究消化内镜联合四联疗法在治疗胃溃疡出血方面的价值及其可能的不良反应。方法选取2021年3月—2023年3月本院接收的62例胃溃疡出血患者作为研究样本。采用系统分配法将患者划分为两组(观察组32例,对照组30例)。观察组采用消化内镜联合四联疗法,对照组采用四联疗法,对比治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率比对照组更高(P<0.05)。结论消化内镜联合四联疗法治疗胃溃疡出血的效果显著,降低不良反应发生率。Objective To explore value and possible adverse reactions of digestive endoscopy combined with quadruple therapy in treatment of gastric ulcer bleeding.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with gastric ulcer bleeding admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 as study samples,and divided them into two groups with system allocation method(observation group of 32 cases and control group of 30 cases).Observation group was treated with a combination of digestive endoscopy and quadruple therapy,while control group with quadruple therapy.Curative effect was compared between two groups.Results Effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of digestive endoscopy and quadruple therapy can achieve significant effect for gastric ulcer bleeding,and reduce incidence of adverse reactions.
