摘　　要：目的 :介绍一种后牙纵折修复保存的新方法。方法 :采用予成金属冠修复保存方法 ,对 14 6例 14 8只纵折后牙进行了临床修复治疗 ,并对其中 14 0例 14 2只后牙随访观察 5年以上。结果 :总有效率 95 .77%。结论 :后牙纵折的予成金属冠修复保存治疗法安全有效 。Objective:To introduce a new method of restoration and conservative treatment for vertical fracture in posterior teeth.Methods:146 cases(148 posterior teeth)of the vertical fracture were restored with perform metal crown by conservative treatment.140 cases(142 teeth) were reviewed after five years.Results:The success rate was about 95.77%.Conclusion: The effect is found to be good. The result indicate that the method would be applicable.It is worth practicing in clinical settings.
