摘　　要：手术是治疗胃癌的最主要方法,但胃癌手术后会出现一系列并发症,最常见的为胃肠功能障碍,严重影响患者的生活质量和康复。中医作为一种传统的治疗方法,近年来在胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍治疗中的作用逐渐被认可。本文对中医治疗胃癌术后胃肠功能障碍的研究进展进行综述,包括中药治疗、针灸治疗、穴位敷贴等方面的应用,旨在为胃癌术后胃肠功能的治疗提供参考和借鉴。Surgery is the most important method for the treatment of gastric cancer,but a series of complications will occur after gastric cancer surgery,the most common complication is gastrointestinal dysfunction,affecting the quality of life and rehabilitation of patients.As a traditional treatment method,Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastric cancer surgery has been gradually recognized in recent years.This article reviews the research progress of Chinese medicine in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after gastric cancer surgery,including the application of Chinese medicine treatment,acupuncture treatment,acupoint application and so on,to provide reference for the treatment of gastrointestinal function after gastric cancer surgery.
