摘 要:党的二十大报告指出,要全面推进乡村振兴。乡村教师作为办好乡村教育的基础支撑,是贯彻落实乡村振兴战略的力量之源、智慧之源。教育培训作为快速有效提升乡村教师综合能力的重要途径,近年来受到广泛关注,但仍有很大的提升空间。文章以甘肃省宕昌县教育培训为案例,运用差异分析方法,研究影响乡村教师培训意愿的外在因素,分析不同乡村教师群体对培训内容的内在需求差异,并对应提出高质量教育培训赋能乡村教师发展的改革路径。坚持“引进来”“育出来”并重,打造高水准的培训师资;坚持多元化培训形式并行,强化人性化的培训服务;坚持完善乡村教师课程体系,构建模块化的培训模式;坚持“一人一策”,定制个性化的培训内容。The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that we should promote comprehensively rural revitalization.As the fundamental support for running rural education well,rural teachers are the source of strength and wisdom for implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.Education-training is an important way to quickly and effectively enhance the comprehensive abilities of rural teachers.It has received widespread attention in recent years,but there is still great room for improvement.Based on the case study of education and training in Tanchang County,Gansu Province,we use differential analysis method to investigate the external factors that affect rural teachers’willingness to train and analyze the differences in the internal needs of different rural teachers for training content.The paper puts forward the reform path of high-quality education and training to energize the development of rural teachers:Attach equal importance to“bringing in”and“cultivating out”and build high-level training faculty;adhere to the diversified training forms and strengthen the humanized training services;adhere to the improvement of rural teacher curriculum system and build modular training mode;adhere to the“Different training strategies are assigned to different teachers”and customize training content.
