摘　　要：地方本科院校的转型发展和应用型人才培养,是国家在经济结构调整、产业结构升级背景之下高等教育领域做出的战略决策。对新时代地方普通本科院校转型发展期教材管理体制、教材建设、教材编选、审核、监督、评价等方面存在的问题及所面临的新的挑战进行分析,提出符合应用型人才培养的教材工作创新机制,并从发挥教材育人功能入手探索新形态教材创新发展途径、构建应用型本科教材选编、评价、监督、反馈体系,提升教材工作信息化水平等方面探索符合应用型人才培养的教材建设新路径。The transformation and development of local undergraduate colleges and universities and the training of application-oriented talents are strategic decisions made by the state in the field of higher education under the background of economic structure adjustment and industrial structure upgrading.By analyzing the existing problems and new challenges in textbook management system,textbook construction,textbook compilation,review,supervision and evaluation during the transformation and development period of local undergraduate colleges in the new era,this paper proposes a textbook innovation mechanism that conforms to the training of application-oriented talents.It also explores a new path of teaching material construction that conforms to the training of applied talents from the aspects of giving full play to the teaching material education function,exploring the innovative development ways of new forms of teaching materials,constructing the selection,evaluation,supervision and feedback system of applied undergraduate teaching materials,and improving the informatization level of teaching materials.
