摘 要:“双减”政策旨在减轻义务教育阶段学生作业和校外培训负担,提升课后服务水平和课内教学水平,优化基础教育生态环境。基础教育一线教师作为教育生态环境的主体要素,存在职业定位参差不齐、课堂教学胜任能力不足、课后延伸服务精力不足的问题,影响优化基础教育生态环境的进程。追根溯源,高等师范院校的育人模式是基础教育教师队伍存在问题的源头,提出共建立德树人的育人共识,增强教师职业认同感;共建产学研用合作育人模式,提升教师专业胜任能力;开展师范生爱心义教活动,拓展基础教育课后服务渠道三条实践路径,助力基础教育“双减”政策落地,优化健康可持续发展的基础教育生态环境。The“double reduction”policy aims to reduce the burden of homework and after-school training for students in compulsory education,improve the level of after-school services and in-class teaching,and optimize the ecological environment of basic education.As the main factor of the educational ecological environment,the front-line teachers of basic education have problems such as uneven occupation positioning,lack of classroom teaching competence,and lack of after-class extended service energy,which affect the process of optimizing the ecological environment of basic education.Following the source,the education model is the source of the problems of basic education teachers,so propose enhancing the professional identity,improving the professional competence and carring out the activities of voluntary education to expand the after-school service channels of basic education,which will help to implement the“double reduction”policy of basic education,and optimize the ecological environment of healthy and sustainable development.
