摘 要:为适应液压设备动力机构运行于极端工况环境的可靠性与安全性要求,设计了一种可以测试液压孔口与缝隙高低温流体动力性能的测试系统。研究结果表明:在30℃温度下,HM46材料在各类减振器中Cd参数表现出一定程度偏差,当温度升高到80℃时形成了更小的差异性;随着减振器长径比增大后,Cd呈现持续降低,引起通流能力减弱的情况。可以将本文结果作为液压元件处于不同温度区间中的动态性能分析依据。该研究有助于提高冶金坯料在锻机下的成形速度,进而获得高性能的试样,为后续冶金材料的制备奠定基础。In order to meet the reliability and safety requirements of the dynamic mechanism of hydraulic equipment of forging machine which can operate in extreme working conditions,a test system was designed to test the hydrodynamic performance of hydraulic orifice and crevices at high and low temperatures.The results show that the Cd parameters of HM46 show a certain degree of deviation in all kinds of dampers at 30℃,and a smaller difference is formed when the temperature rises to 80℃.With the increase of the length to diameter ratio of the damper,Cd decreases continuously,resulting in the weakening of the flow capacity.The results of this paper can be used as the basis for dynamic performance analysis of hydraulic components in different temperature intervals.The research is helpful to improve the forming speed of the metal billet under the forging machine,and then obtain the sample with high performance,which lays a foundation for the subsequent preparation of metallurgical materials.
