摘  要:根据机器人实验课程教学的特点,通过基于案例的工业机器人实践教学方法,从程序设计、实验操作、创新能力三个层次探讨了机器人研究型教学模式。在课程内容设计上,将机器人机构及控制等多方面相结合,介绍工业机器人各功能模块的实现原理和使用方法,在教学形式上,通过多种实验形式,系统性地开发机器人实验。在教学方法上,与工程实际相结合,通过示范多种品牌工业机器人的应用实践操作等案例式教学模式,以研究课题为牵引,完成研究型课程设计。通过学生参加具有探索性、实践性、创新性、协作性的研究型教学活动,有助于提高机器人实验课程的教学质量,培养学生的创新精神和动手实践能力,满足产业和企业需求。According to the characteristics of robot experimental course teaching,through the case-based practical teaching method of industrial robots,the robot research teaching mode is discussed from three levels:program design,experimental operation and innovation ability.In the design of the course content,the robot mechanism and control are combined,the implementation principle and use method of each functional module of the industrial robot are introduced,and the robot experiment is systematically developed through a variety of experimental forms in the form of teaching.In terms of teaching methods,combined with engineering practice,through the demonstration of the application and practical operation of a variety of brands of industrial robots and other case-based teaching modes,with research topics as the traction,the research course design is completed.By participating in exploratory,practical,innovative and collaborative research-based teaching activities,it is helpful to improve the teaching quality of robotics experimental courses,cultivate students'innovative spirit and hands-on practical ability,and meet the needs of industries and enterprises.
