摘  要:在聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯生产过程中,需对回收的溶剂甲苯、未参与聚合的单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯以及丙烯酸甲酯组成的混合液进行准确的定量分析,以期及时调整生产工艺,对原材料进行充分再利用。利用核磁共振氢谱技术对不同配比的混合液样品谱峰归属进行了分析,根据积分面积值提出了两种快速简便地计算实际混合液组分含量的核磁共振氢谱计算方法,通过建立工作曲线,确立了最终的组分质量分数计算方法,并讨论了方法的准确度和精密度。In the production process of polymethyl methacrylate,in order to timely adjust the production process and fully reuse the raw materials,it is necessary to accurately and quantitatively analyze the mixture composed of recovered solvent toluene,monomer methyl methacrylate not involved in polymerization and methyl acrylate.In this paper,the attribution of spectral peaks of mixed liquid samples with different ratios is analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy technology.According to the integral area value,two nuclear magnetic resonance hydrogen spectroscopy calculation methods for quickly and simply calculating the component content of actual mixed liquid are proposed.By establishing the working curve,the final component mass fraction calculation method is established,and the accuracy and precision of the method are discussed.
