摘　　要：我国国土空间生态修复活动普遍面临着融资困难、资金来源相对单一、金融支持生态产业化不足等问题,为更好地促进市场化手段在相关领域的应用,对典型的生态修复市场化路径进行了系统梳理。结果发现,收益机制不明确、不稳定是阻碍社会资本参与生态修复项目的重要原因;近年来,在中央和地方政府的支持下,各地探索形成了生态系统生产总值(GEP)核算、碳汇交易、生态环境导向的开发(EOD)、绿色金融支持等诸多创新市场化模式。然而,相关实践大多采用试点模式,在体系化、标准化、规范化方面仍不具有推广性。未来,应当着力完善生态要素产权体系,加快建立标准化价值核算体系,全面创新生态产品交易体系,以持续地吸引生态修复的市场化投入。研究结果可为建立我国生态产品价值转化机制提供实践依据,为更好地保障市场体系建立与运行提供支撑。The ecological protection and restoration in China have been facing difficulties in financing,with relatively limited sources of funding and insufficient financial support for ecological industrialization.The market-oriented approach is an effective path to achieve a win-win situation in terms of ecological security,economic benefits,and social development,whose application in ecological restoration should be further expanded.Through systematically summarizing the typical models of market-oriented pathways for territorial space ecological restoration,this study has found that the unclear and unstable profit mechanisms were the major obstacles to the participation of social capital in ecological restoration projects.In recent years,with the support of the central and local governments,various innovative market-oriented models have been explored and implemented,including the calculation of Gross Ecosystem Product(GEP),Carbon Trading,Sharing of Land Value Appreciation,Eco-environment-oriented Development(EOD),and Green Financial Support.However,most of these practices were still in the pilot stage and lack scalability,standardization,and normalization.In the future,efforts should be made to improve the ecological element property rights system,accelerate the establishment of a standardized value accounting system,and comprehensively innovate the ecological product trading system to continuously attract market-oriented investments in ecological restoration.The research findings would provide practical basis for establishing a mechanism to transform the value of ecological products in China and support the establishment and operation of the market system more effectively.
