摘  要:食品包装纸的防水防油性能尤为重要。本文综述了国内外食品包装纸的主要防水防油方法,从浆内添加助剂和表面疏水处理两个方面介绍了如何提高包装用纸的防水性能;从打浆度和表面涂布助剂两个方面介绍了如何提高包装用纸的防油性能;最后,对食品包装纸目前存在的问题进行了总结,对食品包装纸未来的发展方向进行了展望。目前,将烷基烯酮二聚体(AKD)、单宁、壳聚糖、海藻酸钠和聚乳酸等助剂用于防水防油包装纸已成为研究热点。The waterproof and oil proof performance of food packaging paper is particularly important.In this article,the main waterproof and oil proof methods of food packaging paper at home and abroad were mainly summarized,how to improve the waterproofness of packaging paper was introduced from two aspects:adding additives to the pulp and surface hydrophobic treatment;and how to improve the oil resistance of packaging paper was also introduced from two aspects:beating degree and surface coating additives.Finally,the current problems of food packaging paper were summarized,and the future development direction of food packaging paper was discussed.At present,the use of alkyl ketene dimer(AKD),tannins,chitosan,sodium alginate,and polylactic acid as additives for waterproof and oil proof packaging paper has become a research hotspot.
