摘 要:通过原位聚合法制备了以三聚氰胺甲醛树脂为壁材、石蜡为芯材的相变微胶囊。用纤维素纳米纤丝(CNF)作为乳化剂稳定石蜡乳液,探究了CNF添加量、芯壁质量比和搅拌速率对所制备微胶囊的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察了微胶囊的微观形貌,用傅里叶红外变换光谱仪分析了样品的化学结构,用光学显微镜观察对比了样品的分散性。结果表明:当CNF质量分数为0.5%、芯壁质量比为3∶3.69、搅拌速率为1000 r/min时,微胶囊的微观形貌最好,粒径主要分布在5~7μm范围,分散性最佳。在2.0 MPa压力下微胶囊外形仍保持完整,具有良好的抗压性能,此外微胶囊还有较好的抗渗透性,可以长期保存。In this study,phase change microcapsules with melamine formaldehyde resin as the wall material and paraffin wax as the core material were prepared by in situ polymerization.Cellulose nanofibrils(CNF)were used as emulsifiers to stabilize paraffin emulsions.The effects of CNF addition,core-to-wall mass ratio,and stirring rate on the prepared microcapsules were investigated.The microscopic morphology of the microcapsules was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),the chemical structure of the samples was analyzed by Fourier infrared transform spectroscopy,and the dispersion of the samples was compared by optical microscopy.The results showed that when the CNF addition was 0.5%,the core-to-wall mass ratio was 3∶3.69,and the stirring rate was 1000 r/min,the microcapsules had the best microscopic morphology,the particle size was mainly distributed between 5-7μm,and the dispersion was optimal.Handled under 2.0 MPa pressure,the microcapsule can remain intact and have good compression resistance.In addition,the microcapsule has good impermeability and can be stored for a long time.
