摘 要:文章旨在研究复合植物精油对奶牛生产性能、养分消化和经济效益的影响。试验筛选生产次数、产奶量、泌乳周期相似的荷斯坦泌乳牛24头,随机分为试验组(n=12)和对照组(n=12),饲料均为全混合日粮,试验组在饲料中添加+60 mg/kg的复合植物精油,对照组不添加任何植物精油,混合植物精油为肉桂醛和丁香油。结果表明,在生产性能方面,与对照组相比,试验组日产奶量显著提高13.97%(P <0.05),乳脂和乳蛋白含量分别显著提高2.56%和14.46%(P <0.05)。在养分消化方面,试验组干物质和粗蛋白质摄入量显著低于对照组(P <0.05),中性洗涤纤维和粗脂肪的表观消化率显著高于对照组(P <0.05)。在奶牛瘤胃甲烷含量检测中,对照组比试验组显著提高31.88%(P <0.05)。与对照组相比,试验组挥发性脂肪酸、丙酸及乙酸分别显著提高6.45%,13.10%和4.33%(P <0.05)。在经济效益方面,试验组产生的牛奶总量、乳蛋白质和乳脂肪含量均高于对照组,平均每头牛多产生21.12元的经济效益。The objective of this trial is to examine the effects of compound plant essential oils on the property,nutrient digestion,and economic benefits of dairy cows.24 Holstein lactating cows with alike production times,milk production,and lactation phases were selected and casually divided into an experimental group(n=12)and a control group(n=12).The feed of cows in the control group and treatment group were a full mixed diet.The experimental group added+60mg/KG of composite plant essential oil to the feed,while the control group did not add any plant essential oil.The mixed plant essential oil was consisting of cinnamaldehyde and clove oil.In terms of production performance,it was found that compared with the control group,the treatment group showed an increase in daily milk production of 13.97%(P<0.05),and an enhancement in milk fat and milk protein level of 2.56%and 14.46%(P<0.05),respectively.In terms of nutrient digestion,the ingestion of dry matter and crude protein in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The decided digestibility of neutral detergent fiber and crude fat in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The methane quantity in the rumen of cows in the control group was importantly higher than that in the observational group,with an addition of 31.88%(P<0.05).Contrast with the control group,the experimental group showed an increase of 6.45%,13.10%,and 4.33%in volatile fatty acids,propionic acid,and acetic acid,respectively(P<0.05).In terms of economic benefits,the treatment group had taller total milk yield,milk protein,and milk fat amount compared to the control group.The average economic benefit per cow in the experimental group increased by 21.12 yuan.
