摘  要:职业学校学生手机依赖问题已对学生的身心健康与学习产生了负面影响。传统的管控方式往往只治标而不治本,难以形成有效的管理。以班杜拉提出的自我效能感理论为指导,针对职业学校学生的特性,对手机依赖的原因进行深入分析。根据分析结果,提出“管”与“教”相结合的理念,旨在降低学生过度使用手机的自我效能感,同时提高他们对于学习活动的自我效能感。The problem of mobile phone dependence in vocational schools has had a negative impact on students physical and mental health and study.Traditional management and control methods often only treat the symptoms but not the root cause,and it is difficult to form effective management.Guided by the concept of"self-efficacy"put forward by Bandura,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the reasons for mobile phone dependence based on the characteristics of vocational school students.According to the analysis results,the concept of combining"management"and"teaching"is put forward,aiming at reducing students self-efficacy of overusing mobile phones and improving their self-efficacy of learning activities.
