摘　　要：Xunzi, a prominent Confucian philosopher in pre-Qin China, made s ignificant contributions to various aspects of Confucian teachings, including zhi 知(knowledge), xing 性(human nature), and politics. Xunzi's distinct perspectives on tian 天(Heaven) and xing, shaped during the tumultuous late Warring States period, led to his unique approach to moral cultivation, which diverges from those of the prominent Confucians who preceded him, Confucius and Mencius.
