摘　　要：高校毕业生高质量就业已成为社会经济发展现实的客观要求与政府就业政策的主要目标。通过理论文献综述,构建了社会、高校、企业三维维度理论框架,并对高校学生就业质量的主要影响因素进行论证分析。研究表明,社会应加强对社会经济的宏观调控、优化就业政策、加强就业服务体系建设;高校应多元实施校企合作模式、积极与社会建立联系全面培养学生的综合素质;企业应履行社会责任,开展个性化企业培训、深化产学合作。The high-quality employment of college graduates has become the objective requirement of the reality of social and economic development and the main goal of the government's employment policy.Based on theoretical literature review,the study constructs a three-dimensional theoretical framework of society,universities and enterprises,and demonstrates and analyzes the main factors affecting the employment quality of university students.The research shows that the society should strengthen the macro-control of the social economy,optimize the employment policy,and strengthen the construction of employment service system.Colleges and universities should implement the school-enterprise cooperation mode in multiple ways,establish contact with society actively,and cultivate students'comprehensive quality.Enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities,carry out personalized enterprise training,and deepen industry-university cooperation.
