摘 要:该文开展了大藻与微藻共水热催化制备生物油研究,考察了Ni-Mo/MCM-41和Ni-W/MCM-41催化剂对生物油产率和组分分布的作用特性。结果表明,双金属催化剂会降低复合藻基原料水热生物油的产率,但发挥了一定的加氢脱氮效果,提高了油相产物中烃类物质含量(最多提高33.04%),并降低了含氮化合物含量(最多降低38.88%)和氧含量,有效改善了生物油的品质。此外,采用扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱和氨气吸脱附研究了Ni-Mo/MCM-41和Ni-W/MCM-41催化剂的物理化学性质。The paper carried out a study on the co-hydrothermal catalytic preparation of bio-oil from macroalgae and microalgae,and investigated the action characteristics of Ni-Mo/MCM-41 and Ni-W/MCM-41 catalysts on the bio-oil yield and component distribution.The results showed that the bimetallic catalysts reduced the yield of hydrothermal bio-oil from the composite algae-based feedstock,but exerted a certain effect of hydrodenitrogenation,increased the hydrocarbon content(up to 33.04%)and reduced the content of nitrogenous compounds(up to 38.88%)and oxygen content in the oil phase product,effectively improving the quality of the bio-oil.In addition,the physicochemical properties of the Ni-Mo/MCM-41 and Ni-W/MCM-41 catalysts were studied using scanning electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and ammonia adsorption and desorption.
