摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种高发于老年人群的隐匿性神经系统疾病,为最常见的痴呆类型,目前尚无治愈手段,但早期发现、早期干预和治疗可有效延缓甚至阻止病情进展。早期AD患者普遍存在社会疏离问题,其疏离状态反过来加重患者认知障碍,与疾病互为影响因素,形成恶性循环。因此,关注早期AD患者社会疏离状况对实施早期干预和治疗尤为重要,近年来已有多项研究探讨社会疏离与AD之间的关系。本文对相关研究进行总结,阐述社会疏离的概念与评估工具,对早期AD患者社会疏离的现状进行综述,进一步分析其影响因素,列举相关干预措施,以期为早期AD患者提高社会参与度、促进社会融入方面提供理论依据。Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is an insidious neurological disorder that occurs most frequently in the elderly and is the most common type of dementia for which there is no cure.However,early detection,intervention and treatment can help to slow or even stop the progression of the disease.Early stage Alzheimer’s disease patients commonly suffer from social detachment,which in turn exacerbates their cognitive impairment,creating a vicious cycle of interactions with the disease.The relationship between social detachment and Alzheimer’s disease has been investi-gated in a number of studies in recent years.This article reviews the relevant studies,describes the concept and assessment tools of social detachment,reviews the current situation of social detach-ment in patients with early Alzheimer’s disease,analyses the influencing factors and lists relevant interventions,with a view to providing theoretical basis for improving social participation and social integration of patients with early Alzheimer’s disease.
