“双一流”建设背景下高校师资队伍建设中存在的问题及对策

摘　　要：高校师资队伍建设有助于推进“双一流”建设工作的顺利开展,促进高校的持续发展,确保高素质人才的培养。当前,高校师资队伍结构不合理,人事管理制度不健全,整体师资力量相对薄弱,师资管理模式相对落后,影响了师资队伍建设工作的有效开展。“双一流”建设背景下,高校要不断优化师资队伍结构,完善人事管理制度,加强教师培训,改进师资管理模式,有效推进师资队伍建设工作。The construction of the teaching staff in universities helps to promote the smooth implementation of the“Double First Class”construction work,promote the sustainable development of universities,and ensure the cultivation of high-quality talents.At present,the structure of the teaching staff in universities is unreasonable,the personnel management system is not sound,the overall teaching staff is relatively weak,and the teacher management mode is relatively outdated,which affects the effective development of the teaching staff construction work.Under the background of the“Double First Class”construction,universities should continuously optimize the structure of their teaching staff,improving personnel management systems,strengthening teacher training,improving teacher management models,and effectively promoting the construction of their teaching staff.
