新文科背景下基于“政产学研”协同育人的人才培养体系创新探究--以航空服务艺术与管理专业为例

摘　　要：随着新一轮科技产业革命浪潮的推动,行业高素质跨界人才需求不断提升,我国高等教育内涵式发展进入新时代。在新文科背景下,民航特色专业办学迈进了博采众长、主动作为、稳步提升、助力民航强国建设的创新之路。以航空服务艺术与管理专业为例,探究新文科建设背景下“政产学研”协同育人内涵要素,构建多模块一体化人才培养创新体系,对人才培养目标、培养内容、培养方式进行详细梳理阐释,拓展课堂形式、丰富实践教学、优化质量评价,从而提高办学实力,提升专业教育质量,落实立德树人根本任务,契合民航强国战略需要。With the promotion of the new wave of technological industry revolution,the demand for high-quality cross-border talents in the industry is constantly increasing,and China's higher education has entered a new era of connotative development.In the context of the new liberal arts,the education of civil aviation characteristic majors has embarked on an innovative path of gambling excellence,proactive action,steady improvement,and assistance in the construction of a strong civil aviation country.Taking the aviation service art and management major as an example,this study explores the connotation elements of collaborative education of"politics,industry,academia,and research"under the background of new liberal arts construction,constructs a multi-module integrated talent cultivation innovation system,and elaborates on talent cultivation goals,content,and methods in detail.It expands classroom forms,enriches practical teaching,and optimizes quality evaluation,thereby improving the strength of education,improving the quality of professional education,and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality and talents,meeting the strategic needs of a strong civil aviation country.
