摘　　要：介绍国内外帕金森病患者姑息照护的发展及研究现状,总结目前帕金森病患者姑息照护的影响因素及应对措施,以期为建立适合帕金森病患者的专业化姑息照护体系提供理论基础和实践依据。帕金森病的疾病特点、社会支持未得到满足、医护人员提供姑息照护服务能力不足、民众和医务工作者对姑息照护认知不足、现存姑息照护模式不完善、启动姑息照护时机尚无明确标准等是影响帕金森病患者姑息照护的因素,未来可从培养专业姑息照护医护人员、建立多学科合作模式、加强姑息照护学业教育、做好姑息照护院外延伸、构建帕金森病姑息照护模型以及形成以政府为主导的姑息照护体系等方面做出干预措施,以提高帕金森病患者的生活质量,逐步完善帕金森病患者的全周期护理。This paper introduces the development and research status of palliative care for patients with Parkinson’s disease at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the influencing factors and countermeasures of palliative care for patients with Parkinson’s disease.In order to provide theoretical and practical basis for the establishment of a specialized palliative care system for Parkinson’s disease patients in China.The results showed that the disease characteristics of Parkinson’s disease,unsatisfied social support,inadequate ability of medical staff to provide palliative care,lack of awareness of palliative care among the public and medical workers,imperfect existing palliative care model and lack of clear criteria for starting palliative care are the factors affecting palliative care for patients with Parkinson’s disease.In the future,intervention measures can be taken from training professional palliative care staff,establishing multidisciplinary cooperation model,strengthening palliative care academic education,doing well the extension of palliative care outside the hospital,constructing palliative care model of Parkinson’s disease and forming palliative care system led by the government to improve the quality of life of patients with Parkinson’s disease and gradually improve the full-cycle nursing of Parkinson’s disease.
