摘  要:目的了解医疗用水微生物污染现状及其影响因素,为规范医疗用水消毒及改进感染控制措施提供依据。方法2016—2020年对山东省部分不同等级综合医院的血液透析室、重症监护病房、手术室、内镜室、口腔科和消毒供应中心等重点科室的医疗用水消毒质量进行监测。结果共采集样本628份,合格525份,合格率为83.60%;不同类型医疗用水中,口腔科用水合格率最低,为69.87%,各类型医疗用水间合格率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医疗用水微生物污染状况比较严重,需进一步制订并完善医疗用水消毒监测标准,强化医疗用水的监管,保障医疗安全。Objective To investigate the current status of microbial contamination of medical water and its influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for standardizing the disinfection of medical water and to improve infection control measures.Methods From 2016 to 2020,the quality of medical water disinfection in key departments such as hemodialysis room,ICU,operating room,endoscopy room,stomatology department and center sterile supply department in some general hospitals of different levels in Shandong province was monitored.Results A total of 628 samples were collected,525 of which were qualified,with a qualified rate of 83.60%.Among different types of medical water,the qualified rate of water in stomatology department was the lowest(69.87%),and the difference of qualified rates among different types of medical water was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The microbial contamination of medical water is serious,and it is necessary to further formulate and improve the monitoring standards for disinfection of medical water,strengthen the supervision of medical water,and ensure medical safety.
