摘 要:羟氯喹(HCQ)长期过量使用可导致视网膜损伤,这是一种已被充分证实的眼部副作用,晚期会造成严重且不可逆的中心视力丧失。然而,早期病变通常没有症状,因此很难被发现。随着自动视野及视网膜技术的发展,可在出现明显视力损伤之前,检测出早期病变。因此,对早期视网膜病变进行敏感有效的筛查至关重要。本文将重点综述HCQ视网膜毒性的筛查方法,以提高对HCQ视网膜毒性筛查的认识。Long-term excessive use of hydroxychloroquine(HCQ)can lead to retinal damage,a well-established ocular side effect that can cause severe and irreversible central vision loss in advanced stages.However,early lesions are usually asymptomatic and therefore difficult to detect.With the development of automated visual field and retinal technology,early lesions can be detected before significant visual impairment occurs.Therefore,sensitive and effective screening for early retinopathy is essential.This article will focus on reviewing the screening methods for retinal toxicity in HCQ in order to improve the understanding of retinal toxicity screening in HCQ.
