摘　　要：联合国与国际奥委会的关系演变,对全球体育治理的结构优化、善治改革以及价值实现影响深远。运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,基于组织间关系理论的多层次分析框架,以联合国和国际奥委会的关系演变为切入点,探讨全球体育治理中组织间的冲突与合作。联合国和国际奥委会的关系经历了冲突对抗—尝试合作—团结合作的过程,其主要受国际环境、组织性质和目标、组织领导人及组织间互动方式等影响。展望未来,在国际体育秩序构建中,两大组织将继续在促进和平与发展的共同目标下、国际体育自治的基本架构中以及解决全球体育问题的场域内持续互动与加强合作。The evolution of the relationship between the United Nations and the International Olympic Committee has a profound impact on the structural optimization,good governance reform and value realization of global sports governance.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,based on the multi-level analysis framework of inter-organizational relationship theory,this paper takes the evolution of the relationship between the United Nations(UN)and the International Olympic Committee(IOC)as the starting point to explore the conflicts and cooperation among organizations in global sports governance.The relationship between the UN and the IOC has gone through a process of conflict confrontation-trying cooperation-unity cooperation,which is mainly affected by the international environment,the nature and objectives of the organization,the leaders of the organization and the way of interaction between the organizations.Looking forward to the future,in the construction of the international sports order,the two organizations will continue to interact and strengthen cooperation under the common goal of promoting peace and development,in the basic framework of international sports autonomy,and in the field of solving global sports problems.
