摘 要:随着重载铁路运量的持续增长,能耗问题日益突出,节能降耗迫在眉睫,其关键在于掌握不同运量下系统的能耗特性,尤其是电力机车能耗。本文结合电力机车的运行特性和线路条件研究了一种电力机车能耗评估方法。根据牵引计算基本理论,分析电力机车在区间运行过程中的受力特性和运动特性;结合电力机车的控制策略和牵引传动系统的功率传输特性,分析了不同运行工况(牵引、惰行、制动)下电力机车各环节的能耗特性;最后仿真分析了HXD1型电力机车在区间运行过程中的能耗特性。结果表明:能耗结果满足相应的定理及机车运行特性,验证了所提方法的可行性。Along with the continuous growth of heavy-haul railway transportation volume,energy consumption issues have become increasingly prominent,and energy conservation and consumption reduction are urgent.The key lies in mastering the energy consumption characteristics of the system under different transportation volumes,especially the energy consumption of electric locomotives.The paper studies an energy consumption evaluation method for electric locomotives based on their operating characteristics and line conditions.In accordance with the basic theory on traction calculation,the stress characteristics and motion characteristics of the electric locomotive in process of running in the section are analyzed.Combined with the control strategy of the electric locomotive and power transmission characteristics of the traction transmission system,the energy consumption of each link of electric locomotive under different operation status(traction,coasting and braking)is analyzed.The energy consumption characteristics of the HXD1 electric locomotive running in the section are analyzed as well through simulation.The results show that the energy consumption is able to meet the related theorem and operation characteristics of the electric locomotive and the feasibility of the proposed method is verified.
