摘　　要：企业刑事合规系通过内部优化治理结构,尤其针对容易发生刑事风险的领域与环节,进行自我重塑及风险切割的合规制度。具体可以分为事前、事中、事后刑事合规三种样态,律师参与的阶段不同决定了其合规工作的不同。为了避免合规建设的模板化、格式化,律师可以从事前、事中、事后分别开展工作,促进各企业建立真正行之有效的合规体系,从本质上达到刑事合规的目的,进而让企业走上合法合规经营之路,让企业稳步迈向“百年老店”,助力营商环境的高质量发展。The criminal compliance department of enterprises carries out self-reshaping and risk-cutting compliance system through internal optimization of governance structure,especially for areas and links prone to criminal risks.The compliance system can be specifically divided into three types:prior,during and after criminal compliance.Different stages of lawyers'participation determine the difference in their compliance work.In order to avoid the formatization and formatting of compliance construction,lawyers can carry out work before,during and after the event to promote enterprises to establish a truly effective compliance system,and achieve the purpose of criminal compliance in essence,which can allow enterprises to embark on the road of legal compliance,let enterprises steadily move toward"century-old stores",and help the high-quality development of the business environment.
