电针疗法结合盐酸哌罗匹隆片治疗精神分裂症的效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针疗法结合盐酸哌罗匹隆片治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法抽取2020年10月至2022年10月许昌市建安医院收治的精神分裂症患者82例,按随机数字表法分为西药组与电针组,每组41例。西药组单纯采用盐酸哌罗匹隆片治疗,电针组在西药组治疗基础上结合电针疗法治疗。比较两组临床疗效,比较两组治疗前后简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)评分、外显攻击行为量表(MOAS)评分及个人与社会表现量表(PSP)评分,比较两组不良反应发生情况。结果电针组患者临床治疗有效率(95.12%,39/41)高于西药组(33/41,80.49%),P<0.05。治疗前,两组BPRS、MOAS、PSP评分比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组BPRS、MOAS评分均较治疗前降低,且电针组低于西药组(P<0.05);两组PSP评分均较治疗前升高,且电针组高于西药组(P<0.05)。电针组不良反应发生率(7.32%,3/41)与西药组(9.75%,4/41)均较低,且症状轻微(P>0.05)。结论电针疗法结合盐酸哌罗匹隆片治疗精神分裂症临床效果显著,可显著改善患者的精神状况、生活质量及心理状态,减少患者攻击行为,安全可靠。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture combined with perospirone hydrochloride in the treatment of schizophrenia.Methods A total of 82 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Xuchang Jian’an Hospital from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected,and they were divided into western medicine group and electroacupuncture group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The western medicine group was treated with perospirone hydrochloride tablets alone,and the electroacupuncture group was treated by electroacupuncture therapy based on the treatment of the western medicine group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.The brief psychiatric rating scale(BPRS)score,modified overt aggression scale(MOAS)score,and personal and social performance scale(PSP)score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were compared.Results The clinical effective rate of the electroacupuncture group(95.12%,39/41)was higher than that of the western medicine group(33/41,80.49%),P<0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in the scores of BPRS,MOAS,and PSP between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the BPRS score and MOAS score of the two groups decreased,compared with preoperative scores,and the electroacupuncture group had lower scores than the western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSP scores of the two groups increased,and the electroacupuncture group had higher scores than the western medicine group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the electroacupuncture group(7.32,3/41)was comparable to that in the western medicine group(9.75%,4/41),both of which were lower,and the symptoms were mild(P>0.05).Conclusions Electroacupuncture combined with perospirone hydrochloride tablets has significant clinical effects in the treatment of schizophrenia,it can significantly improve the mental state,quality of life and psychological state of patients,reduce their aggres
