摘　　要：胶原性胃炎(CG)是一种罕见的疾病,其特征是上皮下厚于10μm的胶原条带沉积和固有层内炎性单核细胞浸润。胶原性结肠炎和胶原性口炎具有与胶原性胃炎相似的组织学特征,并且被认为是同一疾病实体的一部分。然而,虽然胶原性结肠炎在胃肠病学领域变得更加常见,在老年患者中表现为慢性腹泻的临床症状,但胶原性胃炎是罕见的。尚未从随机对照试验中发现安全有效的治疗方法。因此,更好地了解疾病和报告更多病例将有助于建立诊断标准和制定治疗策略。在这里,我们回顾临床特征、内镜、组织学发现、治疗和临床结局的病例报告和迄今为止发表的病例系列,并提供一个关于疾病的最新信息的总结。这些信息将有助于提高对胶原性胃炎的认识,以便医生能够识别和正确诊断疾病,并将有助于为未来的临床试验制定标准的治疗策略。Collagenous gastritis(CG)is a rare disease characterized by the deposition of sub-epithelial collagen bands thicker than 10μm and inflammatory monocyte infiltration in the lamina propria.Collagen colitis and collagen stomatitis have histological features similar to collagen gastritis,and are considered to be part of the same disease entity.However,although collagen colitis has become common in the field of gastroenterology,showing clinical symptoms of chronic diarrhea in elderly patients,collagen gastritis is rare.No safe and effective treatment has been found in randomized controlled trials.Therefore,better understanding of the disease and reporting more cases will contribute to the establishment of diagnostic criteria and treatment strategies.Here,we review clinical features,endoscopy,histological findings,treatment,and clinical outcomes of case reports and case series published to date,and provide a summary of up-to-date information about the disease.This information will help to raise awareness of collagen gastritis so that doctors can identify and correctly diagnose the disease and will help to develop standard treatment strategies for future clinical trials.
