摘  要:目的探讨叉头翼状螺旋转录因子(FOXP3)基因多态性与广西汉族妇女宫颈人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染的相关性。方法选取96例宫颈HPV感染患者,将其纳入感染组,选取同期69例非HPV感染者,将其纳入对照组,采用基因测序法检测两组人群中FOXP3基因rs3761548和rs2232365位点基因多态性,并评估其相关性。结果感染组和对照组FOXP3基因rs3761548和rs2232365位点基因型频率分布无统计学意义,均符合Hardy-Weinberg平衡定律(P>0.05)。FOXP3基因rs3761548位点CC基因型、AC+AA基因型和A/C等位基因频率在感染组和对照组中整体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);FOXP3基因rs2232365位点AA基因型、AG+GG基因型和A/G等位基因频率在感染组和对照组中整体比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FOXP3基因rs3761548位点A等位基因和rs2232365位点G等位基因可能会增加广西汉族妇女宫颈HPV感染的发生风险。Objective To investigate the correlation between forkhead box protein P3(FOxP3)gene polymorphism and cervical human papillomavirus(HPV)infection in Han women in Guangxi.Methods 96 patients with cervical HPV infection were selected and were included in the infection group,and 69 cases with non-HPV infected were selected and were included in the control group.Gene sequencing was used to detect the polymorphisms of FOxP3 gene rs3761548 and rs2232365 in the two groups and their correlation was evaluated.Results There were no statistical significances in the genotype frequency distributions of FOxP3 gene rs3761548 and rs2232365 between the infection group and the control group,and both were in line with Hardy-Weinberg balance law(P>0.05).The frequencies of CC genotype,AC+AA genotype and A/C allele at rs3761548 of FOxP3 gene were significantly different between the infection group and the control group(P<0.05);the frequencies of AA genotype,AG+GG genotype and A/G allele at rs2232365 of FOxP3 gene were also significantly different between the infection group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The A allele at rs3761548 and the G allele at rs2232365 of FOxP3 gene may increase the risk of cervical HPV infection in Guangxi Han women.
