摘　　要：目的探讨阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切手术(LEEP)治疗宫颈癌前病变的效果。方法选取宫颈癌前病变患者88例为研究对象,随机分为对照组及研究组,每组44例。对照组采用宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,研究组采用阴道镜联合LEEP治疗。比较两组患者的手术效果。结果研究组手术时间为(15.59±2.58)min,短于对照组的(25.58±3.94)min,术中出血量为(10.15±3.55)mL,低于对照组的(18.58±3.54)mL,结痂后阴道出血时间为(7.11±1.48)d,短于对照组的(1.58±1.43)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道镜联合LEEP治疗宫颈癌前病变患者的效果理想,手术时间短、术中出血量少,患者术后恢复快,值得临床推广使用。Objective To investigate the effect of colposcopy combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions.Methods 88 patients with cervical precancerous lesions were selected as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife conectomy,and the study group was treated with colposcopy combined with LEEP.The operative effects of the two groups were compared.Results The operative time of the study group was(15.59±2.58)min,which was shorter than(25.58±3.94)min of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was(10.15±3.55)mL,which was lower than(18.58±3.54)mL of the control group,the vaginal bleeding after scab time was(7.11±1.48)d,which was shorter than(1.58±1.43)d in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcopy combined with LEEP in the treatment of cervical precancerous lesions is ideal,the operation time is short,the intraoperative blood loss is less,and the postoperative recovery is fast,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
