摘　　要：目的探究采用不同手术方式治疗子宫肌瘤对患者内分泌状态的影响。方法选取86例子宫肌瘤患者为研究对象,按照手术方式不同分为对照组及研究组,各43例。对照组行子宫切除术,研究组行子宫肌瘤剔除术。对比两组患者的手术情况、内分泌指标及临床护理满意度。结果研究组手术用时短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术后,研究组促卵泡生成激素、促黄体生成素水平均高于对照组,孕酮、雌二醇水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组临床护理满意度为95.3%,高于对照组的67.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论子宫肌瘤患者采用子宫肌瘤剔除术治疗的效果更好,可明显改善其内分泌指标,提升其满意度,应用价值较高,值得在临床实践中推广。Objective To explore the effect of different surgical methods on the endocrine status of patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 86 patients with uterine fibroids were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical methods,with 43 cases in each group.The control group underwent hysterectomy,while the study group underwent myomectomy.The surgical status,endocrine indexes and clinical nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After operation,the levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of progesterone and estradiol were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<o.05).The clinical nursing satisfaction of the study group was 95.3%,higher than 67.4%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of myomectomy on patients with uterine fibroids is better,which can significantly improve their endocrine indexes and enhance their satisfaction.The application value is high,and it is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
